Information We Collect

Zen Dhandho collects minimal personal information. When you interact with our website, we may collect:

• Email address — only if you voluntarily sign up for the Mindful Wealth Newsletter waitlist
• Usage data — anonymous analytics such as page views, browser type, and device information collected through standard web server logs and hosting provider tools
• Chat interactions — conversations with Sarah (our AI assistant) are processed to generate responses but are not permanently stored or linked to your identity
• Saved scenarios — when you choose to save a Pathway Planner or Budget Compass scenario to your account, your inputs and the displayed result are stored in our database and tied to your account. Saved scenarios are accessible only to you. If you do not save, no inputs are transmitted or retained beyond your browser session.
• Account credentials — if you create an account to save scenarios, we store your email address (in plain text, used to identify you), an optional display name, and a salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hash of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

How We Use Your Information

Any information collected is used solely to:

• Deliver newsletter content you have opted into
• Improve the website experience and educational content
• Monitor site performance and fix technical issues

What We Do Not Do

Zen Dhandho does not:

• Sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties
• Use your information for targeted advertising
• Share your email address with marketing partners
• Store financial data you enter into our calculators on our servers unless you explicitly save a scenario to your account
• Create user profiles or track you across other websites

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses essential cookies required for basic site functionality. We also use tracking pixels from Meta (Facebook) and TikTok to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors interact with our site. These pixels collect anonymous data such as page views, tool usage, and conversion events. They do not collect personally identifiable information from our site.
